Tactical Business Initiatives LLC (TBI) is a consulting firm focusing on “Tactics” versus “Strategies”.  Though this may seem like a distinction without a difference, it is the core difference between TBI and business consultants at large.

Our unique and efficient Operational Audit process uncovers opportunities for change and operational improvement that can result in transformational change for the business.

We work in two categories of projects:

1) Business Initiatives. This category of projects serves the individual business based on organization specific Tactics resulting in custom projects outlined for the company in a proposal for their own execution or with the continuing assistance of TBI.

2) Industry Initiatives. This category of project serves a broad industry when global industry needs and a “support structure” that is marketable as a subscription-based technology or service is identified.
